Powering Production with the Sun
We have installed 46 megawatts of solar photovoltaic capacity across our factory rooftops. It is one of the largest onsite solar installations in China's aluminum industry. The system generates 46 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity annually. This power flows directly into our production lines — running hot rolling mills, cold rolling mills, annealing furnaces, and finishing equipment with renewable energy.
Each year, this solar installation reduces CO₂ emissions by 33,000 tons and saves 14,000 tons of coal.

Energy Recovery
Beyond solar, we recover energy from production processes:
- - Waste heat from furnaces is captured and reused for facility heating
- - Closed-loop water systems reduce both freshwater consumption and the energy needed for treatment
